START WITH A CLEAR QUESTION

How do I turn separate room ideas into one clear home scope?

The full-home scope is defined in your proposal; appliances, loose furniture and associated work are included only when listed.

01

Room-by-room layout planning that considers circulation, furniture positions and the practical use of each space.

02

A coordinated storage discussion covering kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and other built-in furniture required by your brief.

03

A finishes schedule connecting flooring, wall treatments, ceilings and lighting to the overall design direction.

04

A written scope discussion that identifies retained items, proposed work, dependencies and decisions requiring site assessment.

THE CHOICES THAT SHAPE YOUR SCOPE

Decide the details.
Build the right brief.

01

Keep, change or add

Mark existing furniture, flooring and appliances before adding new work. A retained item should have a clear place in the plan.

02

Essential before optional

Rank the changes that improve daily use. Keep decorative upgrades separate so their effect on the proposed scope stays visible.

03

Connect the trades

Identify where cabinetry, services and finishes meet. The proposal should make coordination responsibilities clear before individual items are approved.

UNDERSTANDING THE BUDGET

What affects the cost?

  • Apartment dimensions and the actual quantity of cabinetry, surfaces and other work required.
  • Condition of existing services and finishes, including preparation or rectification identified during assessment.
  • Material, finish, hardware and accessory choices across the agreed rooms.
  • Site access, protection, debris handling and any clearly identified third-party work or exclusions.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your next questions.

What does full-home mean?

It means the rooms and trades included in your agreed scope. It does not automatically include appliances, loose furniture, civil changes or every accessory. Ask for a room-by-room inclusion and exclusion list.

Can I work within a fixed budget?

Start with your intended budget and rank the needs that matter most. A useful proposal makes trade-offs visible. A numerical estimate needs measured quantities and approved rates; a moodboard alone cannot establish cost.

Can I enquire from either city?

Yes, you can discuss a Mumbai or Bengaluru home. Project-specific serviceability, appointments and execution commitments must be confirmed before a proposal becomes a delivery promise.
